    RE-SYNC YOUR SLEEP

Ever feel like your sleep schedule is out of sync with the rest of your life? You’re exhausted all day… but then can’t sleep at night? Or maybe you feel like you are sleeping enough, but you are still sooooo tired the next day? I can definitely relate – I felt like this for years until I realized that my chaotic life had done a number on my internal clock!

This six-week program will give you the tools you need to improve the quality of your sleep and daytime energy levels by re-synching your internal clock with the rhythms of nature. You will be guided step by step through the process of creating your unique sleep schedule using lifestyle modifications, nutrition, herbs and stress management techniques.

Many people will find that re-syncing their internal clocks will actually eliminate their symptoms of fatigue and insomnia completely.  Others (particularly those with underlying conditions) may need some additional and more personalized support, but will find that the routine and rhythm they will develop will allow them to respond more quickly and positively to future therapies.
