CURRENT VK ENGAGE PROGRAMS
Powell River Public Library Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) includes:
1. Initial EFAP/MFAP- LINK Orientation and Wellness Planning sessions
To access any of the services listed below you need to first meet with one of our wellness intake specialists to plan for your individual wellness program. If the service is for a family member you both will need to come to the appointment.
SERVICES AVAILABLE
2. Once you have completed an orientation session you can access 2 of the following programs at VK Wellness:
- Individual Clinical Counselling
- Couples Family Therapy
- Family Mediation
- Parenting Consultation
- Individual Meditation
- Individual Yoga Program
- Nutrition Planning
- Kinesiology
- Sleep Consultation
- Clinical Herbal Therapy (remedy cost not included)
