    What Is MBCT?

    MBCT blends mindfulness meditation with techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). You’ll learn to recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, respond to emotional triggers with awareness, and build self-compassion. This clinically tested approach is widely used to support mental and physical well-being and prevent relapse in depression.

    Our next group runs Fridays, 9:00–11:00 AM PT, Sept. 26 to Nov. 14, 2025. Based on the original MBCT protocol, this group includes mindfulness practices, CBT-based skills, and shared reflection in a safe and supportive space.
