We offer the following mindfulness based programs
1. Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
MBCT is a clinical group based therapy program that uses Mindfulness as a CBT strategy to reshape how we think to treat many clinical experiences. It is also ideal for individuals under high stress. For more information please go to this link.
2. Cultivating Resilience to Stress
This is a personalized program for those wanting to become more resilient to better manage stress. A series of two sessions are offered to discover how mindfulness practices can be integrated into daily life in a sustainable and practical way. Evidence-based practices are discussed and customized to create a long-term strategy for coping with stress, developing better focus, and improving overall health and wellbeing.
Instructor: Kyla Mazurak, Certified Meditation Teacher
Cost: $170/ for 2 x 60-minute sessions
Included: 15-minute initial consultation, 2 customized guided meditation audio recordings, and follow up phone call or zoom meeting.
